Find quicker way to produce vaccines

A March 2009 report from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Trust for America's Health found the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provides states $17.60 per person on average to spend on public health. (Iowa received $16.37, ranking 34th.) Though additional dollars have been allocated to respond to the H1N1 epidemic, more than 11,000 state and local public health jobs had been cut in early 2009, and another 10,000 were in jeopardy of being cut.
