Mississippi's still fattest but Alabama closing in

Mississippi is still the fattest state in the U.S., but Illinoisans are getting a little fatter.

The nation's annual obesity rankings are out and -- except for fairly lean Colorado -- there's little good news.

The report from Trust for America's Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation shows that obesity rates among adults rose in 23 states over the past year and didn't decline anywhere.
