Washington gets fatter for the third year in a row

For all our biking and hiking and organic food eating, we Washingtonians are not as healthy as we think. About 24.5 percent of Washington adults are obese - a rate that has risen three years in a row, according to the "F as in Fat" report by the Trust for America's Health (TFAH) and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. That makes Washington the 32nd most obese state in a big fat nation that's only getting bigger and fatter. If trends keep up, 75 percent of Americans could be obese by 2015.
