CDC: More State Scientists in Place to Handle Bioterrorism, not Other Areas

State health agencies have more scientists in place to handle bioterrorism and other disease outbreaks than they did before the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, but fewer are available to help with other basic health programs... ...In January, the private Trust for America's Health released a report also saying that the nation struggles to develop plans for public health emergencies.
